Protein is important for cell growth. This can help with anti-aging and building muscle. If you eat meat then try to eat organic and grass fed beef. Free-range chickens are a better choice because they are healthier and happier.

Don’t forget about beans and nuts. They have protein and many beneficial nutrients such as omega-3.

You do have to be careful though. If your levels are too high it could cause problems. Have your doctor check your levels first.

Exercise can help you grow new brain cells, improve your mood and build up resistance to diseases.

Strive to remove stress from your life. If you are willing to try new things such as meditation, yoga, massage and other alternative therapies then you can remove a lot of stress and gain a stronger immune system.

Don’t forget to wash your hands often. This can reduce your contact with viruses.

If you explore some of these ideas then you can enjoy a happier and healthier lifestyle. This can be even more important during the flu season but will benefit you throughout your life.

Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables daily. Let’s start off with vegetables.. Vegetables contain nutrients that help your body function better. They protect it from diseases like type 2 diabetes, stroke , coronary heart disease, certain cancers like colon, stomach, and mouth.
