Give yourself a time limit to eat at least three hours before you go to bed.

Exercise at least twenty minutes every other day . Even if it’s just walking around the house or down the block in nicer weather. It’s always good to exercise with a friend. Words and thoughts are coming to me easier and freer.

I’ve had depression all my life and now I’m seeing a brightness to my life that I’ve never seen before. I love it! I’m even making jokes more, I talk more and am really starting to see a change in my personality. I can’t believe it! I know it’s the krill oil because I’ve changed nothing else in my life.
